Attack problems, not people

It’s easy to get caught up in the wrong dialogue at work.

Passionate people can escalate convos quickly and get loud.

When we want to be right, sometimes we focus too much on making sure the other person feels wrong.

Reset to remind yourself that debate is good, exploring all sides of a problem can be productive and together (even with opposing views) you are attacking the problem.
